Return Eligibility:

You may request a return if:

• The parcel was received in an open, damaged, or tampered condition

• The product is incorrect, damaged, or defective

• There is a visible issue with the product upon delivery

Important Conditions:

✔️ Mandatory Unboxing Video

• You must record a complete unboxing video before opening the parcel.

• Returns or refunds will not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

✔️ Return Time Limit – 7 Days

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• No returns or refunds will be accepted after 7 days.

Refund Process:

• Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.
