Refund and Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority at MedMeds. Therefore, we have established a clear and fair return and refund policy.
Return Eligibility:
You may request a return if:
The parcel was received in an open, damaged, or tampered condition
The product is incorrect, damaged, or defective
There is a visible issue with the product upon delivery
Important Conditions:
✔️ Mandatory Unboxing Video
You must record a complete unboxing video before opening the parcel.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
✔️ Return Time Limit – 7 Days
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
No returns or refunds will be accepted after 7 days.
Refund Process:
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.
