Which Juice is good for piles?

Also known as hemorrhoids, piles are swollen and inflamed veins in the lower rectum. The primary reason of piles is increased pressure in the lower rectum. The herb is composed of eight fatty acids and six compounds. Out of eight fatty acids, three are saturated. It gives a relief from different kinds of stomach ailments such as flatulence, bloating and irritable bowel syndrome. The extract of its leaves are used for cleansing gastrointestinal tract.

There are no side effects of Karanja juice. However, doctor advice to use products formulates with ingredients instead of raw and pure karanja extract.

 

6.    Fig water for piles.

Figs are rich in fiber and they help cure constipation. The food we consume plays a key role in managing hemorrhoids. Thus, people are big in eating fluids and consuming foods that are rich in fiber. If one refrains from consuming food which lacks fiber, it can lead to constipation. Fig water reduce constipation which in turn reduces the occurrence of piles.
